We are sensitive to disrespectful attitudes towards the public, especially if
it involves our passengers.

have to feel intimidated standing before a public
service agent (airline or government).
You should be treated with the utmost respect and
professionalism. If you encounter a less than courteous
or unhelpful agent, please let us know about it. We
will look into the matter and take appropriate corrective
action.
