Or you may have a recommendation or want to let us know about a deficiency. Your telephone call is important and will be answered 24/7 by a Baltia representative.

Our Freeloader program is simple and easy because it’s so straightforward. Your account is updated automatically when you book a flight or use related services. There’s nothing to keep track of or worry about.

Correcting Errors

If for some reason, there is a mistake or discrepancy concerning your account information, we will correct it up to 12 months retroactively.
