Door-To-Door Service
Complete luggage service is included with the limousine
service provided to our First and Business Class
passengers, as well as Voyager Class passengers who
have ordered a limousine.
For a nominal fee, luggage delivery is also available
to Voyager Class passengers who have not ordered a
limousine but who want their luggage picked up and/or
delivered to their home. Please tell Reservations if
you require such service.
Lost Luggage
If your luggage has been lost, please advise any Baltia
passenger service agent at the airport.
Or, you
can call the local Baltia station office (see “Phone
Numbers”), or Baltia’s 24-hour Reservations
at (800) 000-0000.
Lost luggage is our fault, not yours. That’s
why we take full responsibility and will do everything
possible to recover your luggage and deliver it quickly
and with the least amount of inconvenience to you.
