Do I need a Visa?

Yes. U.S. travelers need a Visa to enter Russia, Belarus and the Ukraine. There is one exception, however. If you are permanent U.S. resident visiting the country of your citizenship, you will not need one.

How can I obtain my Visa?

You can get one only from the consulate of the country you are planning to visit. U.S. travelers may also use a Visa-processing service provided by certain travel agencies and by booking through Baltia Reservations. Please note: there is a Visa application fee, and if you choose a service to expedite matters, a separate fee for the processing is also required. It may save you considerable time and energy, however.

Is there a penalty if I want to change my travel dates?

Not with Baltia. We fly to serve your travel needs. However, if you are on a multi-leg trip where part of the flight is operated by another airline, there may be a penalty for that portion if you have a restricted fare.

What if I get sick abroad?

We can recommend health care providers at Baltia’s destinations. Depending on the insurance program, your health insurance may be accepted. You can also purchase health insurance coverage for the duration of your trip through Baltia Reservations.

I am hesitant to leave my cat with other people. Can I take my pet with me?

Yes, with Baltia you can. Your pet will travel safely and comfortably. Baltia has reasonable pet fares, and you can use your Freeloader miles to pay for your pet’s travel.
