Enrollment Miles

When signing up for the Freeloaders program, Baltia immediately grants you 2,000 miles which are credited as “enrollment miles”. Also, upon enrollment, miles flown aboard Baltia during the preceding six months are credited retroactively as “flight miles”.

Flight Miles

As a Freeloader, this is your main source of miles. Flight Miles are granted to you only on a flight segment which carries Baltia’s Two-Letter Identification Code. This includes flights aboard Baltia and its code-share partners.

For the purpose of the Freeloaders program, Baltia assigns its route segments a rounded number of miles, irrespective of the actual distance or the direction of your flight. Mileage is listed one-way, thus a roundtrip flight will produce double the miles. One-way mileage generated in Voyager Class is used as the basis for further mileage calculation.

New York – St. Petersburg	4,000 miles
New York – Riga	4,000 miles
New York – Moscow	4,000 miles
New York – Minsk	4,000 miles
New York – Kiev	4,000 miles

For mileage generated in First Class, or Business Class, or during Off-Peak season (any class), please multiply Voyager Class mileage by the applicable multiplier:

First Class	2

Off-peak Season	1.25

For example: Flying from New York to St. Petersburg roundtrip in Business Class during Off-Peak season will produce 15,000 miles (8,000 Voyager miles x 1.5 Business x 1.25 Off-Peak).

For flight segments that are operated by Baltia’s code-share partners, mileage produced by the partner’s frequent flyer system will apply subject to Baltia’s prorating. Mileage transfer from a non-code-share airline to the Baltia’s frequent flyer program is at Baltia’s discretion.

Bonus Miles

As a Baltia Freeloader, we grant you bonus miles in recognition of reaching certain milestones while flying aboard Baltia, for online ticket purchases through Baltia Reservations, and for special promotions as announced from time to time.

Every 50,000 miles flown (standard distances) earns you 5,000 miles
Tickets Purchased online via Baltia Reservations earn you 500 miles
Christmas Bonus (during December) 1,000 additional miles

Partner Miles

To enhance your overall travel experience, Baltia has selected non-airline partners in the travel, leisure and related industries. When using our non-airline partner services, in conjunction with a flight under Baltia Code, Freeloaders will be granted the following miles:

Hotel stay (per flight) 500 miles
Car rental (per flight) 100 miles
Restaurant (Dinner for two) 200 miles
Theater (Tickets for two) 200 miles
Cruise line (for every $1) 1 mile

Expiration and Transferability

As a Baltia Freeloader, you will have your own account. Miles that you generate as a Baltia passenger are credited to your account irrespective of who pays for your flight or related services.

Baltia Freeloader miles expire in 3 years from the date they are credited to your account.
Baltia does not provide for mile pooling or mile purchasing. Miles are not transferable. Until their use or expiration, Freeloader miles remain in the account of the passenger to whom they were credited.

The good news is – even though miles are non-transferable to a third party, you can use the miles from your account to send a friend, a relative, or anyone you select, on a free trip. It’s up to you and on you!
