Passport
A passport is typically required for international
travel. Permanent U.S. residents may also be able to
obtain a passport-like “Travel Document”
issued by the State Department, which in most countries,
is accepted as an equivalent to a U.S. passport. Please
also make sure that your passport is current.
Unless written in your passport, children are required
to have personal identity documents of their own.
Visa
To enter Russia, Latvia,
Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus or the Ukraine, you need
a Visa which you can obtain by going to the respective
consulate in the U.S. However, it may be faster and
easier to order your Visa through your travel agent
for a service fee (in addition to the cost of the Visa).
Baltia Reservations also provides Visa service for
a fee.
To enter the United States, you have to visit
the U.S. Consulate in your country to obtain a Visa.
There are several types of Visas available to you:
Tourist, Business, Student, Immigrant/Refugee. Please
do not overstay your Visa in the United States. If
you have to stay longer than the time specified on
it, you should request a Visa extension in a timely
manner.
